Through a surprise menu, evolving according to the seasons and our inspirations, we offer you to share our table around a cuisine inspired by our roots but also by our travels in Asia. You will discover a menu giving pride to local producers, or coming from our vegetable garden, all with a zero waste approach.

A food and wine pairing with wines from the family property is available.


From Tuesday evening to Saturday evening, upon reservation 48 hours in advance. (40€/pers + 9€/pers for the food and wine pairing option).

Menu suggestion:

Entrance: Variation of mushrooms & shoyozuke egg, green oil

Flat: Beef with nori seaweed, crushed butternut roasted with soy sauce, butternut pickles, truffle crumble

Dessert: Ma Lai Koh, cardamom chocolate cream, orange gel

Highlight of the day, we have planned something to wake you up gently. Whether you like salty or sweet, or both, we offer you local and homemade products to recharge your batteries.


Menu suggestion: 

Bread, homemade jams, honey, homemade cake of the day, fresh seasonal fruit, homemade yogurt and homemade granola, cheeses, cold meats etc.

Served from 8:30 a.m. to10:30 a.m., in the dining room, or outside depending on the weather.


If you want a snack, a less formal meal than the table d'hôtes, a lunch by the pool, we have thought of you!

Depending on the seasons and inspirations, we offer tapas to share, cold cuts boards, home-cooked dishes, to be enjoyed with a nice bottle of family wine.
